I came to work with Ed just through messaging random apartment ads on CL and Apartment finder, and he was great! I had no idea what to expect or what areas were desirable. He took the time to drive me around to 8+ apartments and was very flexible. I was not pressured to choose a unit with a broker fee, which was nice. Communication was a little difficult because I was moving from Atlanta, but keeping things moving and in contact was not complicated and I felt like I was taken care of well! I will definitely go back to them if/when I decide to move :)
